Role overview
The Head of Strategic Partnership will lead the strategic management of all investment partner relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth through collaboration and innovation.
This vital new role will oversee the Key Accounts function, manage a team of Key Account Managers and a Key Account Support Executive, and act as the primary liaison between our business and its most critical partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Key Accounts strategy to strengthen relationships with investment partners and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for all strategic investment partners.
- Negotiate and manage high-value agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term sustainability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Key Account Managers and the Key Account Support Executive.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand revenue streams through strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions for partners.
- Provide regular performance reports to the CEO and Board using data-driven insights.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track record in senior account management or partnership leadership roles within financial services or investment sectors.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound relationships and complex stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering strategic growth.
- Degree-level education (MBA or equivalent is desirable).

Location
This is homebased with travel to adviser firms nationally as required. If you like to work from an office, you can base yourself in any of our Fintel group offices such as Huddersfield, Glasgow, Haddenham or London.
